We recommend you to start with half a scoop at breakfast every day to see how your body reacts. If you’re not experiencing any problems*, you can increase the dosage to the recommended dose of 2 scoops after a few days. We recommend using a shaker to prevent lumps. *Some people may experience temporary digestive and intestinal problems when using the gut support. This may be due to a changing intestinal flora.
