Havssalt Svartpeppar Hallon

A flavored Trapani salt with a peppery taste and a fresh taste from the raspberries. Add the flavored salt to grilled dishes, vinaigrette (let the salt desolve in vinegar before oil is added), flavoring vegetarian dishes. Use as a finishing salt at the dining table. Try sprinkling a pinch of the salt as topping on fruit desserts. The salt we infuse with high quality spices and freeze-dried fruits is a Sicilian sea salt. The salt is harvested by hand in 3,000-year-old and WWF-protected salt basins in Trapani on the northwest coast of Sicily. It is an unrefined salt in its natural form.
