Grilled zucchini marinated in extra virgin olive oil with wine vinegar, garlic, salt, parsley, oregano, basil and hot peppers. Just like the aubergines, grilled courgettes are a typical Calabrian specialty that are usually served together as an antipasti plate with starters. The courgettes are harvested at the right time and grilled by hand on the same day. They are then placed in AMODEO's extra virgin olive oil for at least a month to develop the full aroma and get the right consistency. Handcrafted in Italy. 100% Italian ingredients! Vegan!
