Sardinian wildflower honey

Millefiori honey is so called because it is not a monofloral but derives from the collection of honey from different types of plants. It is the best known and most common, and is characterized by a long time required before reaching crystallization. As with all our honeys, this too is extracted without being pasteurised, heated or altered. It is not a category B honey, on the contrary, it is one of the most interesting to taste because the different plants that give it origin are a direct expression of the territory in which this honey is harvested, giving it great regionality.
