Porcelana is a Criollo cocoa with an extra fine aroma, among the rarest in the world, born exclusively in Venezuela in the Sierra di Perija mountains near Lake Maracaibo. This precious variety of cocoa is naturally free of bitterness and gives a notable roundness due to the high level of cocoa butter contained in the beans. This dark chocolate with a refined and persistent taste highlights the delicate aromas of toasted bread, butter and dried fruits contrasted by a light acidity of fruit and jams.
