Jurançon twigs caramelized with rapadura sugar

Directly inspired by Italian white wine biscuits, this twig is made with wine from our region: Jurançon white wine, soft and sweet. 
Finally, to add a hint of deliciousness, these twigs are caramelized with rapadura sugar for a liquorice note. 
Note its elongated shape allows it to be dipped in spread or why not sparkling wine.
