Quinta do Sil San Martiño

A special selection from the oldest vines, grown in small and steed terraces with extremely poor and complex slate and granite soils. The grapes manually harvested in small 14kg crates, followed by a gently and slowly pressing of the whole bunches. The juice, after a slight static decantation, ferments in small stainless steel tanks and used French Tonneaux.
