This was because the nylon basket would trap a lot of the coffee oils, affecting the quality of your cup of tea. Now, thanks to the upgraded stainless steel filter, this isn’t a problem. Stainless steel is much easier to clean. The coffee oils will easily wipe away and you’ll be able to brew a clean cup of fresh coffee or loose leaf tea with just one Brew It Stick.
