Craft beer Pietra Barrel Aged Double Blend ALE - 75cl

This beautiful beer is the result of a top fermentation brew having benefited from a generous pouring of barley malt and wheat malt, to create a dense and alcoholic beer. Its aging for 6 months in barrels having contained Niellucciu red wine for some and Vermentinu white wine for others, will allow the emergence by blending of fruity flavors, with a fresh nose, with tangy apple notes very present on a woody finish. On the palate, a pleasant granny apple/honey acidity is expressed, supported by a fine bubble, a Vermentinu finish signs its strong personality. Limited series.
