Coffee beans from the Permata Gayo agricultural cooperative, roasted with passion by Esperanza Cafés, combined with the warmth of strong smoked paprika complemented by the camphoric freshness and cocoa notes of black cardamom from Nepal, spices carefully prepared by Spices Shira . Here is our interpretation of the classic Maghrebi spiced kawa: Kawa from afar! Always high in fiber and a source of protein. A marvel with characterful dishes, smoked tofu, lactofermentations, cheeses from cows or well-matured plants, or even chocolate, which goes wonderfully with black cardamom.
