Organic Maple Fondant 250G

Called maple butter in Quebec, fondant is churned maple syrup.  The maple syrup is heated to 104° Celsius, passed in a cold water bath for 6 hours and finally churned (whipped) for 1/2 hour.  This maple fondant from organic farming is particularly appreciated on a baked apple or simply on a slice of golden brioche and other toasted bread.  A creamy spread with a delicious maple flavor.   The thin layer of maple syrup present on the surface of the fondant helps preserve all the freshness and smoothness of your maple butter.
