Organic Lemon Nectar

Our lemon juice is organic and pure, that is, without the addition of water, sugar, artificial flavors and colours.                                        We only use our organic Sicilian lemons, highly prized for their organoleptic characteristics.                                        The squeezing takes place when the lemons are perfectly ripe, between September and spring, while a soft pasteurization process preserves all the characteristics and properties of the juice, especially vitamin C.                                        Pure organic lemon juice is ideal in the kitchen as a condiment, but also for making marinades, desserts and bases for cocktails.                                        Its properties are precious for our health: lemon juice stimulates our immune system and promotes the absorption of iron; promotes digestion; stimulates the function of the liver and intestine; it is a powerful antioxidant and antiseptic; precious ally of the skin.
