This recipe is made with seasonal products from our garden: courgettes, courgette flowers, the tender shoots of the courgette plant, together with new potatoes and artisanal bacon. It is a soup typical of the period in which zucchini ripens, to be consumed fresh to enjoy all the flavors and aromas of the garden. Ingredients: zucchini, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, tender zucchini, bacon, courgette flowers, vinegar, salt, garlic. Without preservatives and dyes.
