The Canatera cuvée is a return to the land, a winegrower's madness! From our finest plots, the Mourvèdres are vinified and aged in clay jars from Tuscany. They remain 6 to 7 months in these jars, without any intervention, and without added sulphites, then are pressed and bottled. This vinification in clay makes it possible to tame the power of Mourvèdre, and to reveal its joyful side. Produced in limited quantities, this cuvée stands out with its nose with aromas of liquorice, eucalyptus, cocoa, morello cherry. A beautiful intensity found on the palate with a feeling of freshness on the finish. This wine will go wonderfully with aperitifs around a charcuterie platter, sweet and savory meats, chocolate desserts.
