Blend of Grenache noir 65% and Syrah 35%. The vines grow on clay-limestone soils, which give them both power and roundness. The grapes are hot fermented, they undergo a long skin maceration in order to extract all their qualitative potential. The presses are finely sorted then the wine rests in vats for a year. Its plum color with ruby reflections evokes blueberries and candied cherries. Its delicate palate offers good acidity, supple tannins and a pretty palette of aromatic herbs.
