With more than 300 awards received since 2003, this organic extra virgin olive oil is the most awarded olive oil in the world! A green fruitiness rich in aromatic notes and very balanced for pure gastronomic pleasure. IN DETAIL Produced in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park in the mountainous province of Córdoba, exclusively with Hojiblanca variety olives harvested at the very beginning of the season and brought to the mill less than an hour after harvesting, Rincón de the Subbética immediately seduces both the senses and the heart. The nose has superb aromatic complexity with notes of green fruit reminiscent of Granny apple and almond, citrus and aromatic herbs reminiscent of thyme or basil, complemented by tomato leaf. What follows, in the mouth, is an elegant gustatory journey. The entry is fine and rather sweet and evokes notes of green almond. The structure then reveals itself gradually, with a hint of bitterness followed by a rising pungency and a persistent pepperiness, typical of the Hojiblanca variety. The notes of green apple and almond are still present and complete this elegant ballet of flavors.
