Iberian chorizo Cular from Cebo de Campo origin Guijuelo

Rediscover the flavor of an Iberian chorizo, a finely spiced Spanish charcuterie. Dried on the land of Guijuelo, it has benefited from its privileged climate for a unique charcuterie. This Spanish chorizo is made from Iberian pork seasoned with Spanish Pimentón. Once made and seasoned, the chorizo is placed in the Bodega for a maturing period of around 3 months. This variety of smoked paprika gives it its rusty color and its slightly fruity taste.
