Faithful to our origins, we pay particular attention to the processing of Tuna. Only those caught in our Mediterranean bear the name Adelfio. This species of "TUNA DEL MEDITERRANEO", commonly known as "Tuna Alletteratus", is widespread in the Mediterranean Sea where it is also common in Italian coastal waters, it reaches 1 m in length and 6/7 kg in weight. Characteristics: tuna with an intense and full-bodied taste typical of the "Red Tuna", which we consider superior with the addition of cherry tomatoes.
