Hot Essence Hot Sauce

Fiery Essence: product made with fried onion and roasted habaneros with a PH < 4.4. Subsequently, the mango, sugar and vinegar are added, sautéed and the species are added, brought to a boil and crushed. It is packaged and subjected to a water bath for 30 minutes at 100º C. Our Fiery Essence Hot Sauce in a 100 ml glass bottle: it is ideal for seasoning meat, fish and shellfish; to make your soups, stews, stir-fries and pizzas; to accompany your more informal dishes such as sandwiches and hamburgers; and of course, it is the star ingredient for dishes such as tacos, enchiladas, burritos and nachos.
