Pure Ostrich Rillettes with Seaweed – 90 g

These gourmet and original rillettes are offered sterilized, in an elegant glass jar. Very creamy, tender and at the same time healthy, our rillettes are prepared by hand with shredded ostrich meat preserved in its fat for long hours, then crumbled and precisely seasoned. We have combined them with a mixture of three algae harvested in Roscoff and carefully selected, which gives it an iodized note from our Brittany. They are made without coloring or preservatives.
