Mandalala

The mandala is a term from Buddhism and art and has its origin in Tibet. It represents a plan, map, or pattern that metaphysically or symbolically portrays the cosmos. It is also said to have a Hindu origin, but who knows. Special forms that often overlap, with these forms part of certain ritual ceremonies. These can be crafted in great detail for weeks before being ceremonially destroyed or returned to nature. Mandalas give a lot of people peace and purity. It is also said to be a representation of the unconscious self.
