This Paté is made with the most characteristic sausage of the province of Cáceres, the Morcilla Patatera, a regional emblem. Its main ingredients are pork, potatoes from the garden and our Smoked Paprika from La Vera. It is ideal for spreading with scolds, breadsticks, or toasted bread.
