Pure, raw honey, harvested directly by the beekeeper for his clients.  Thyme Honey: Light amber in color, but once it crystallizes, due to its composition, it acquires a darker brown color.  In its aroma you can appreciate the characteristic and pleasant smell that the thyme plant itself gives off, and its flavor is sweet but intense at the same time. Forest Honey: Dark amber in color and a floral smell with a clear malty component, intense and persistent.  Strong flavor, not very sweet and with strong salty notes.  It is honey that combines honeydew with the nectar of other flowers, such as heather or chestnut flowers, since in many regions these trees coexist and the bees visit them at the same time.  It is the great unknown, perhaps because it is not made with the nectar of flowers, but rather it is produced by bees from the exudation of some trees. Honey of flowers: Dark brown color.  Very diverse aroma depending on the nectars obtained, with a varying crystallization depending on the nectars.  From an almost liquid density to a thicker one.
