Fogarolli started in 2006 when Cristina Fogarolli was at a concert in Sweden and couldn't get a good cup of coffee anywhere. Cristina, who comes from Italy, the espresso coffee country of origin, found it quite the challenge to get a good cup of coffee at various events around Sweden. Cristina began to develop an idea together with her partner Sebastian Ryberg – serving memorable coffee experiences to people in expected and unexpected places.
With a converted Italian moped car, they travelled the country and served coffee to the people. Today, 16 years later, Cristina and Sebastian run the largest coffee chain on wheels in Sweden with 60 mobile coffee cars.
Now we also have a fantastic line of products! Our coffee, with balanced acidity from perfectly ripe coffee beans and tones of dark chocolate are sensations that stay for a long time. The 100% Arabica beans are slowly roasted to develop their original flavors and aromas. Cioccolata calda is a chocolate powder with a rich content of high quality cocoa. The result? A pure chocolate taste together with a relatively low sweetness, appreciated by all ages.
