It is the perfect condiment for any Tuscan dish, especially raw: it gives each dish a unique flavor! ADVICE: in Tuscany the classic slice of toasted bread topped with oil is called "fettunta". It is a dish as simple as it is perfect for tasting oil. To make the fettunta it is sufficient that you take some good homemade bread and cut it into slices, which you will then put to toast on the plate. Once roasted, rub some fresh garlic and pour a little of our oil. Salt and pepper as required.
