Loofah

The Loofah that we distribute is produced and processed in Italy, by a company based in Mazara del Vallo (TP). Loofah or Luffa is a variety of pumpkin widely cultivated in Italy. Once dried, the fibrous part of the fruit remains which is used as an eco-sustainable sponge for a beneficial do-it-yourself massage. Loofah is particularly suitable for cleansing the skin. Thanks to its exfoliating and deep cleansing action, it regenerates skin cells, eliminates impurities and dead cells, reduces skin blemishes (such as cellulite) and promotes skin well-being. To be used wet for a delicate exfoliation and dry for a deeper exfoliation. At the end of its life it can be thrown into organic waste as it is biodegradable.
