Lavì Grillo organic sparkling wine

The LavÏ Grillo from Cantine Colomba Bianca is an Extra Dry sparkling wine. This cuvÈe was born from careful observation of the territory and from a selection of vineyards particularly suited to the production of sparkling wine base grapes. The wine is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, with a complement of fresh and aromatic scents and hints of white flowers such as orange blossom and elderberry with a finish of citrus notes. When tasted, there are hints of nettle and sage leaves, jasmine and melon. It expresses a perfect harmony between the potential of the vine and its territory. Mineral, savory, lively and fresh.
