ORGANIC White Rice Vermicelli

The White Rice Vermicelli has arrived! A new healthy and versatile product, with an ethical and sustainable production chain. This rice pasta is produced by a small family-run Thai company founded in 2013, which purchases organic rice only from small Thai farmers. Vermicelli is made with rice pasta, as per the traditional process, which is obtained by fermenting the rice grains for approximately 18 hours in water. White rice vermicelli is made from 100% Thai white rice and is therefore GLUTEN FREE. They are ideal for seasoning with sautéed vegetables or in vegetable and fish soups.
