Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. extra-dry millesimato Canella is produced from 100% Glera grapes grown in the hilly area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine, produced according to the Charmat method, is the result of the selection of the best batches of the vintage. The Extra Dry type is the classic version of Prosecco Canella, characterized by a pale straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage, a fruity bouquet and a lively and harmonious taste, followed by a dry aftertaste. 11% alcohol – Serving temperature: 7/8°C – Residual sugar: 10g/L Food and wine pairings: Aperitif dinners, starters, fish dishes.
