Salted caramel

My opposites really bring power to your dish.   Sea salt and cocoa form the basis for me and are supported by tonka beans and cane sugar.   So you can see quite quickly what opposites I mean here.   But these are exactly what make the difference and will enchant your dish in a way that you have never experienced before.   Your taste buds will be torn and spinning in circles with joy.   But no one says you should experience this pleasure alone.   Why don't you just invite a few friends over or maybe there's that one special person you'd like to surprise.   I would be happy to be of help to you.
