The combination of 3 Hauts de France products: our bean polenta, mushrooms from Crecy sur Serre (02) and Fleur de sel from 2 caps (62). A gourmet and healthy mix, quick to prepare and rich in vegetable proteins and fibres. Boil water, pour the preparation and stir over the heat for 3-4 minutes. It's ready to eat hot immediately or pour into a dish to set for 2 hours, then cut into slices to grill. Bag of 350 g or 8 servings
