Roll with light pressure, from the center of the forehead, towards the temple 8-10 times. Continue under the eyes with the small end of the face roller and roll towards the ear. Roll with the small end of the face roll from the tip of the nose and up to the forehead. Use the large end of the face roller from the side of the nose and towards the ear. Gua Sha: Scrape the eye area and out towards the ear. Scrape the bottom from the temple and up over the temporalism muscle. Scrape neck muscles from the bottom up.
