HANDON'S Premium Brown Shaft (Demi-Glace) from Alsace in a 200g cup HANDON'S Demi Glace is our all-time favorite. With this beef stock you can conjure up all kinds of delicious sauces, but also hearty beef broths. The stock is made in the traditional French way with fresh vegetables and beef bones and contains more than 17% beef extracts. Be sure to approach... Compared to the funds in glasses that are available in the food retail trade, you can achieve 3 liters as a sauce base and 5.7 liters as a cooking base with a 200g tub of HANDON'S Fond Paste. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Boil for 5 minutes.
