You can use the beeswax wraps in many ways: to cover bowls, to wrap and store food or to wrap sandwiches for your lunch break. On average, around 100 meters of plastic film are used per household and year. You can now and permanently avoid this 100 meters of disposable waste in your household. With good care and depending on the frequency of use, the beeswax wraps can be used for up to a year. Application: Briefly crumple the beeswax cloth. The warmth of your hands makes the cloth supple. Place the beeswax wrap on a bowl or around another object of your choice. Use the warmth of your hands. In this way, the beeswax cloth nestles as best as possible around the edge of the bowl or object. Untie your hands, done. After use, you can rinse the cloth with cold water and use it over and over again. Care: Wipe or rinse the Io Nova beeswax wrap with cold water. (Don't clean it with hot water!) Air dry the cloth. Do not expose the beeswax wrap to too much heat or cover hot food with it. Otherwise the beeswax will melt. If there are tears in the cloth, place the Io Nova beeswax cloth on wax-proof paper in the oven at approx. 80° C for a few minutes. Do not pack raw meat or fish. The beeswax may make your hands a little sticky after use. That's basically not a bad thing!
