Holographic Black - Festival Glitter (10g)

This holographic black glitter will have you sparkling in no time. It's a perfect blend of various sizes chunky and fine hexagon cuts of black and multi-colour glitter. All our glitters are cosmetic grade so they are safe to be used on both your face and body. Island Play Cosmetics products are always vegan and cruelty-free. Apply with or water-based Glitter Glue. Just spread a thin layer of the glue on the area you want the glitter then use your fingers or a soft brush to place the glitter. Tip: Mix with other colour glitters to create your own unique blend.
