Neck pillow, heat/cold pillow

Neck pillow made from recycled jeans filled with organic spelt. Color: denim blue. Coloring and arrangement of colors may differ from the photo, as our products are not specially colored. Each spelt pillow is unique and pleasantly warms/cools the painful neck and shoulder area. Use in the oven: Approx.10 -15 minutes at approx. Heat to 70°C. Please do not heat above 100°C, as this may cause the cotton fabric to become brittle. Use in the microwave: approx. 2 minutes. at 800 watts. Important: Place a glass/cup of water next to it. Shake once and then again for 1 min. heat. For cold applications for min. 45 mins Place in the refrigerator or freezer. Care instructions: The thermal conductivity of spelt depends on the stored moisture.  After several applications, place the product in a room with high humidity for a few hours to regulate humidity, e.g. B. the bathroom, a place outside protected from rain or the windowsill with the window open. The pillows can also be used to cool sprains. To do this, place the pillows in the freezer for a few minutes until the desired level of coldness is reached.
