 You can slide these clips over the (fine) buttons of your own garment. 

Think of: blouses + cuffs, collars or cardigans (see last photos as an example) You can of course choose to restyle only the top button, but it is also great to pimp all the buttons!   Please note: They can be ordered individually + make sure that you click both teeth properly into the frame to prevent them from coming loose.
