BLACK CHERRY RINGS

A classic of the Italian pastry tradition, made with a light pastry that contains a heart of black cherry jam, a biscuit that recalls summer and grandmother's sweets.

 The best pairing is with a classic English Breakfast tea, but also with a barley coffee or ginseng.
