Medium fresh miso of 1/2 brown rice and unpasteurized soybeans. KŪRA Rice Medium Miso uses French Organic soybeans, 1/2 rice Organic Italian or Camargue wholemeal and IGP salt from Guérande Nature & Progress. Soy is cooked and fermented, which rules out some intolerances. Miso provides vegetable proteins and has beneficial properties. Unpasteurized, KŪRA miso is a live product, which can be kept for a long time by continuing to mature and retaining its probiotic qualities. USE Beyond the eponymous soup, miso is used in gastronomy European for seasoning salads, marinating fish and meats. The enzymes present in miso have a power processing on food. For example, we can use in a vinaigrette, and will go wonderfully with salads of tomato, green salads or with cheeses (mozzarella, goat cheese, feta cheese). For this, mix in a bowl a teaspoon of miso, 2 tablespoons olive oil and a splash of vinegar balsamic then finish with a turn of pepper or a touch of mustard according to your taste. Miso is salty, do not add salt. INGREDIENTS: organic semi-complete rice from Camargue, organic soy from France (South-West), Guérande Salt (labeled Nature and Progress). Our misos are alive, with an evolving taste. They keep several weeks in a cool, dark place, several months in the refrigerator.
