Cuvée Sarrasin: When Tradition meets Innovation. If the myths and legends around Breton buckwheat are not all true, it is a reality: Brittany and buckwheat have been intimately linked for centuries. It is with this observation in mind that we worked on this cuvée to associate, in the purest tradition, apple and buckwheat. A dense dress with a rich amber color holds us in promise. An extravagant nose, buckwheat with notes of aromatic herbs and propolis honey. On the palate, the balance between sweetness and acidity ends up seducing. 4% vol.
