This year we want to exclusively present a true artisanal panettone made only and exclusively with local products. We looked for an excellent product made by a very renowned patisserie in Amantea to whom we entrusted the creation of our panettone. Pasticceria Torchia is a historic company in the Calabrian area that bases its roots on traditions and the use of local raw materials. This product is the emblem of this as it contains the history of Torchia. To make this product, NO PRESERVATIVES OR COLORINGS are used but only the highest quality raw materials: type 0 flour, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil or butter, egg yolk, etc. In short, a real delight for the palate. Stuffed with Bourbon vanilla scent, with EVO oil from the Pial farm, candied olives and semi-candied hot peppers. Artisanal handmade product whose weight is variable. Original weight of 1000 gr.
