The Pasta Oro delle Muse Line is born from the best Italian durum wheat. Craftsmanship, bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature. Our underwire fusilli are ideal for al dente cooking and thanks to their workmanship they remain cooked. Their external roughness captures the sauce. Pappardelle are a type of pasta completely similar to tagliatelle but with a decidedly wider width, around 13 mm.
