We are a small family business, we are farmers near Valencia, Spain, and we produce our fruit organically. We have had the ecological certification for several years. We process some of our fruit. Our fruit is grown without greenhouses, pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We are producers of high quality lemon caviar fruit.
When a caviar lemon is cut, caviar lemon pearls are ejected, of different colors (pink, yellow, fluorescent green or light green, or...).This pulp is made up of a multitude of small translucent pearls (or pearls) that look like caviar. An incomparable aroma that then perfumes your dish, all you have to do is enjoy it.
We process our own fruit in such a way that we can offer you the opportunity to prepare additional delicacies throughout the year. We produce Toasted Lemon Caviar Powder, mini balls of Natural Organic Lemon Caviar Pearls in BEIGE and PINK RED and many other products, all of them organic.
