La Clairette d’Adissan is best known regionally, but many vacationers discover it during their stay in the South.
It is the leader in the AOC Clairette du Languedoc since it represents 70% of production.

The cellar founded in 1928 offers Clairette in dry, mellow and rancio varieties.
