Grapefruit with Pink Berries (200G)

Grapefruit is rarely used for jams. However, it is very tasty and quite bitter. The addition of pink peppercorns adds balance and reveals all the grapefruit’s aroma. Prepared with 74g of fruit per 100g 37% total sugar content
