Rusca? This is our professional family beekeeping operation created in 2016. We are located south of the Aisne, between Soissons and Château-Thierry in the village of Grand Rozoy. The operation is focused on the production of honey, swarms of bees and products made from our honey.
This location allows our bees to access several honey-producing contexts in a nearby area (forests, meadows, areas with high ecological potential, etc.). We pay particular attention to ensuring that our apiaries are located in a good environment, a guarantee of tasty products, rich in aromas.
We thus produce a diverse range of honeys from our farm: spring, summer or forest flower honeys, mono-floral honeys from Linden, Acacia or Alfalfa...
Traceable products: our honeys undergo a specific traceability process which allows us to follow them from the hive...to the honey pot!
Honeys produced locally on our farm: our honeys are made by our own bees, in apiaries located less than an hour from our farm headquarters.
We attach great importance to the production, extraction, storage and packaging process of our products: good, they must be able to satisfy your expectations, elegant, they must be able to help beautify your table!
