Vineyard: Garrigue vineyard, 25 years on average 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache. Tasting: Colour: Beautiful deep garnet colour, with purple nuances. Nose: An expressive bouquet with aromas of laurel, garrigue, violet, ripe red fruits and spices. Mouth: The mouth is ample, smooth with smooth tannins, without aggressiveness, with a complex fruity, spicy, liquorice and pleasantly woody finish. Sommelier's advice: We advise you to decant it at room temperature 2 hours before tasting, on your aperitifs, meats, regional dishes and cheeses.
