Penja White

This rare and highly aromatic spice grows on volcanic soil in the Penja region of western Cameroon. Penja white pepper is a little less intense than its black version. Its wonderful aroma goes well with almost any recipe. Avoid cooking it, to consume it raw to make the most of its aromas.
