Organic Peruvian coffee – Bean 250g – Ponant

Ponant is an invitation to travel. From the Breton coast, the Ponant islands give us the direction of the West to attack the eddies of the Atlantic. Ponant is a Latin, Western idea of coffee. Roundness, chocolate initiated by balanced varieties and intermediate roasting. In the ears, it is the musical object of Molécule composed within the Lighthouse of Tévennec, off one of the islands of Ponant: the island of Sein which carries this coffee. A composition steeped in spray, backlashes, isolations and myths. A work navigating between the ambient and a technoid tension specific to the artist.
