Sottobosco - Barley Wine

Undergrowth: elegant hints of red fruits are released on the nose, while an agile and fresh drink gives an easy to drink but unmistakably unique product.   In the glass it has a pale pink color.    The BiSì project was created to pay homage to and, at the same time, underline the subtle boundary between the world of wine and that of beer.   Both made of 100% natural quality raw materials, both made of fermentation, maturation and life, but also very different from each other.
